Doors open @ 6 pm.
Social/Cocktail Hour: 6-7 - cash bar
Dinner: 7 pm
Dancing & games ‘til 10 pm.
Our DJ, Stacy Van Pelt will provide music for dining and dancing all evening.
Cost: $25 - For both members & guests.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION and PAYMENT is FRIDAY, NOV. 24th
We need a firm count on attendees so payment must be received by Nov. 24th.
Appetizers:
cocktail shrimp, deviled eggs, goat cheese & pear flatbread.
Dinner menu:
turkey breast, ham, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, yeast rolls & butter.
Included beverages: coffee, tea and water.
Desserts:
lemon pound cake & pastry bites. Kahlua and Baileys for purchase: $3.
Cash Bar
Drink prices at the Bar will be much lower than last year.
We are grateful to the stadium club for working with us! You will
be able to check prices at bar with posted QR Code.
Signature drinks:
Mistletoe Kiss and Cranberry Bourbon Martini @ $5. per glass!
Beer & wine from $5. Classic call brand drinks from $8.
Registration:
- Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
- Go to Annual Christmas Party from the Events tab
- Click on Register, then Next
- Click on Members & Family Member Guests
- Click on box for Event Waiver
- If you have a member spouse or member children you want to add, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 8)
- Enter family member name, email address & cell phone - then click Done
- Click Next
- Click on Pay Online to pay now
- OR click on Invoice to mail payment. Must be received by Nov. 24th. Make checks payable to Chattanooga Ski Club and mail payment to: Tom DuBose, 1204 Hanover St., Chattanooga, TN 37405
